In addition to its other shortcomings, Duets is awfully slow in getting going.. . The tone is all over the place.. . Skimming through comedy, satire and cautionary tale, it's all somewhat vague - exasperatingly so when suggestive artiness seems to have been intended. Not as clever as it thinks.. A mixed bag, all in all, but worth seeing.. Music Within convincingly delivers the message that disabilities are everyone's concern.. Substitute 'bland' for 'blonde' and you've got a pretty good descript...
