Director Jim Fall has orchestrated Lizzie's dream vacation with energy and humor.. . Doesn't try to be more than what it is: a romantic fantasy caper.. Looks like it was shot ultra-cheaply.. The story is essentially flawed, and so is the presentation.. Altogether a wasted opportunity from a Disney organization which grows more sclerotic by the minute.. A banal slice of fluff..
